The location of the ILP is perfect for logistics. from Novosibirsk, the administrative and commercial center of the Siberian Federal District. ILP  is situated at the junction of crucial transport corridors:

 6 km from the Tolmachevo International Airport;

 The Trans-Siberian Railway crosses the park;

ILP  is situated 12 km from Novosibirsk, the administrative and commercial Сentre of the Siberian Federal District. The Novosibirsk Region is situated in the geographic centre of Eurasia, at the junction centre of transport corridors connecting the European and Asian parts of the continent. It is a major multimodal hub.

Basic engineering and transport infrastructure has been built and put into operation in the park, including a high pressure gas pipeline, electric grid facilities, individual rail  tracks, and on-site motor roads.

All the engineering and transport networks in the park are part of an integral infrastructure system, comprising channels that run along investors' land plots. The tie-in point is situated within the infrastructure channel at a distance of 1–50 m from the land plot boundary.

The Managing Company ensures that the tie-in points of the infrastructure facilities are situated close to the boundaries of investors' sites.

Preliminary preparation of land-related documents saves time. It takes on average 6 to 7 months after starting to work with an investor to obtain a construction permit and begin working on the site. This includes 2 to 3 months to receive the land plot to be rented.
